Turun Hopea Ltd 1024842-1 (hereinafter Webshop) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.


The payment intermediary for the webshop is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Ltd, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Ltd is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the webshop customer and the webshop. The webshop is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets, payment cards (credit / debit), invoices or installments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexibility, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Business Invoice.


You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments to pay for the application settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If the debit of the payment card fails, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With the flexibility, you get 30 days interest-free and no-cost payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at € 9.90 per month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Flexible. Aurajoki Nordic Ltd is the lender. Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the delivered products are custom-made, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the e-commerce checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.


The customer of our webshop has 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. If you want to return or exchange the products, first contact the webshop and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number in the refund for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints

Prior to delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice via email.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
